1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using FlowPay ("the Service"), operated by Carvalho Alves Servicos de Tecnologia da Informacao LTDA (CNPJ: 27.270.649/0001-89), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

FlowPay provides a transparent checkout platform for e-commerce merchants, including:

• Customizable checkout pages with Stripe and Shopify integration
• Multi-currency and multi-language support
• Conversion tracking (Meta, Google, TikTok)
• Dashboard for order management and analytics
• API and webhook integrations

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities under your account.

4. Fees and Payment

• FlowPay offers a free tier with limited features
• Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as described on our pricing page
• Transaction fees from Stripe apply separately and are not charged by FlowPay
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days advance notice

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for illegal activities or fraud
• Sell prohibited products or services
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Attempt to access other users' data without authorization
• Reverse-engineer or copy any part of the platform

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of FlowPay are owned by Carvalho Alves Servicos de Tecnologia da Informacao LTDA and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of your own content and product data.

7. Limitation of Liability

FlowPay is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time from the dashboard. Upon termination, your data will be retained for the period required by law and then deleted.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. Any disputes shall be submitted to the courts of the jurisdiction where Carvalho Alves Servicos de Tecnologia da Informacao LTDA is headquartered.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
